Testimonials:
“The ACEC Inaugural Mentorship Program was a fun and rewarding experience. I was unsure about the 'speed dating' selection, but it worked out great! Even though neither of us picked the other, we connected immediately!! The program allowed me an opportunity to give back to an industry that has been incredibly rewarding and to share my experiences and lessons learned. Best of all, I got to meet someone new and develop a friendship that will last way beyond the program.”

“The ACEC Georgia mentorship program was an excellent opportunity for me, as a mentor, to invest my experience into the emerging leaders in the transportation industry. What really sets the program apart is the reciprocal investment I received from the perspectives and experiences of my assigned mentee. My involvement in the program was very rewarding.”

“Participating in ACEC's Inaugural Mentorship Program has significantly enriched my professional journey as a junior level engineer in the Atlanta area. As someone who has mostly been involved with internal company committees/mentor programs, I was excited for the opportunity to connect with an assigned mentor outside of my organization. Not only did I participate in one-on-one meetings with my assigned mentor, I also had the opportunity to interact with other mentor-mentee pairings at networking events. The program is a great opportunity to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and gain a deeper understanding of the complexities within the transportation industry.”
