This committee is tasked with creating the programs, speakers, and content that will provide participants with business management, communications, and leadership skills in the Future Leaders Program. An ideal committee member is an FLP graduate who understands the types of knowledge and skills training member firms need to develop their firm’s “doers” into managers of people, projects, and leaders within their firms.
