This committee is tasked with creating the programs, speakers and content that will provide the business management, communications and leadership skills of participants in the Future Leaders Program. Ideal committee member is an FLP graduate who understands the types of knowledge and skills training that member firms need to develop their firm’s “doers” into managers of people and projects and leaders within their firms.
