The American Council of Engineering Companies Political Action Committee (ACEC/PAC) was established in 1975 to allow ACEC members the opportunity to support federal candidates in office who advocate for a pro-business legislative agenda. The ACEC/PAC is bipartisan and operates in full compliance with the Federal Election Campaign Act (FEC) and applicable state laws. Please note that firm donations to the ACEC/PAC are strictly prohibited by the FEC. All donations must be from individuals employed or affiliated with member firms. PAC leadership circle levels are the culminative total of donations received from individuals from a respective firm.

Below are links/PDFs to assist the ACEC Georgia Board of Directors and ACEC/PAC Champions seek individual contributions:

*The Federal Election Commission requires the ACEC/PAC to seek approval before soliciting contributions from the consulting engineers industry's primary political action committee. Please see FAQ.

ACEC Georgia PAC

The ACEC Georgia PAC was established to provide the opportunity for individuals, corporations, and businesses interested in the future of the engineering profession to contribute to the support of candidates for offices in the State of Georgia and its political subdivision.

The ACEC Georgia PAC contributes to the political campaigns of local and state elected officials who make decisions that impact the business of engineering within Georgia. The ACEC Georgia PAC does not and will never contribute to officials holding federal office positions (i.e. US Congressmen or US Senators). Unlike the ACEC National PAC, firms and individuals are allowed to contribute to the ACEC Georgia PAC.
